Lily Main Ewing (she/her)

I have advanced training in EFT, as well as expertise in treating traumas that get in the way of your healing and growth. My training and experience is somewhat eclectic, as I am continually learning more about the best ways to support my clients, and staying informed about best practices and new research in the field. My trainings range from specific trauma therapies to couples therapy practices to psychedelic integration therapy and beyond. Overall, my general approach as a therapist is person-centered, authentic, and genuine. I am engaging and empathetic, and clearly a real person in the process with you. My approach to the clinical work is deep and emotional, as well as practical and focused. Our goals and treatment plans are collaborative and tailored specifically to your desires for your life and relationship. We both show up with honesty, respect, and compassion to each session and attend to every part that needs care.

I believe that people are worthy of love and belonging and goodness, and I tend to think it's a cruel joke that we're all guaranteed some level of pain, let down, and uncertainty in this life. I became a therapist because life hurts, but I don't think that means we have to stay stuck in painful rhythms forever. Humans are extremely resilient and capable of growing and healing, and we can't do it alone. I want to connect with you to hold space for your story, to remind you of your strength, and to help you find a way forward that feels more sustainable. I believe that human connection and words are powerful forces, and that's why I do this work. In my office, you'll be valued because you're human - regardless of your beliefs, values, identity.
