I'm a sensitive, AuDHD therapist who helps high-masking, late diagnosed neurodivergent adults make peace with themselves, strengthen inner trust, and learn to honor their unique needs so they can reduce overwhelm and feel grounded, empowered, and expansive in their identities.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-sensitive space where all parts of you are welcome and valued (even the parts you hate!) Together we'll create a safe container where you can heal old wounds, accept long-rejected parts of yourself, and build a life that supports and embraces your neurotype rather than requiring you to mask 24/7.
I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and somatic therapy. While our therapy goals will be specific to your needs, my foundational aim is to support you in moving through life with more ease, joy, confidence, and connection.
