About My Clients
My ideal clients are interested in living a more aligned life. I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+, immunocompromised & monogamous populations. I utilize a client-centered approach when working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity stress, sexual concerns, burnout, familial dynamics, relational concerns and intergenerational healing.
My Background and Approach
I am training in psychodynamic theory and bring that depth to every client I work with. It is important for me to understand my clients' sociocultural context and understand how they interact with the systems we live within.
