About My Clients
My clients are deep feelers, seekers, and sensitive souls navigating the messy beauty of being human. Many are children of immigrants, artists, intuitives, or those exploring identity, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships. They long to reconnect with parts of themselves left behind, seeking healing, meaning, and authenticity. Together, we explore their inner world with compassion, creativity, and curiosity—honoring the wisdom they already hold within.
My Background and Approach
I work holistically & intuitively, blending modalities to meet each client where they are. I’m a certified yoga instructor for both adults & children & a longtime mindfulness meditation practitioner. My background includes a decade of supporting children with developmental disabilities & their families, which deepened my understanding of neurodiversity & the power of relational healing. I offer insight-oriented psychotherapy to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, & life transitions. I specialize in working with multicultural clients, especially those straddling multiple identities, & those processing grief, trauma, or caring for loved ones with chronic illness/disability. My approach is rooted in existential, Gestalt, & psychodynamic frameworks, focusing on the present moment while honoring your past & hopes for the future. I draw from IFS, Jungian techniques, mindfulness, & narrative therapy to help you explore, integrate, & reclaim all parts of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is a creative, sacred, and deeply personal journey. Each person holds innate wisdom, even when it feels out of reach. I trust in the power of authenticity, curiosity, and connection to guide the therapeutic process. I see therapy as a collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome—messy, tender, joyful, or confused. I honor culture, intuition, and story as powerful tools for growth. I don’t see myself as an expert on your life, but as a fellow traveler walking beside you.
