About My Clients
I work with preteens, teens, adults, and older adults experiencing grief, phase of life adjustments, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, and bipolar disorder, to name a few. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel respected and understood.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. Therapy is not about "fixing" you. It's about understanding your experiences, recognizing patterns that no longer serve you, and developing the tools and insight needed to create meaningful change. I take a collaborative and trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment-based work, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices. Together, we'll identify what is getting in the way of the life you want to live and build practical skills that support emotional balance, resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection to yourself.

My work is grounded in the values of inclusivity, cultural humility, social justice, and the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to be their authentic selves. I strive to create a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. My goal is to meet clients where they are, honor their unique perspectives, and support them in building lives that reflect their own values and goals.
