About My Clients
Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything you can just to keep it together, but the stress still piles up? Maybe you’re overwhelmed by school, sports, work, or the pressure to be ‘okay’ when you’re anything but. You might feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. You’re not alone. I help teens, young adults, athletes, and veterans find relief, clarity, and a steadier way through the chaos. You deserve support, and I’m here to help you feel grounded again.
My Background and Approach
The tools and strategies I use come from working closely with adolescents, adults, athletes, and veterans who are navigating stress, anxiety, and major life transitions. My experience at the VA taught me how to support clients through trauma and overwhelming emotions, and I bring those skills into sessions to help you feel more grounded and in control. As a former athlete, I understand performance pressure and the mental load of always trying to do more, and I use that insight to help clients build confidence and resilience. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you understand what’s happening in your mind and body so you can respond—not just react. Together, we’ll build tools you can use anywhere, whether you’re managing school, work, relationships, or daily stress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are capable of growth at any stage of life, especially when they have support and space to understand themselves. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are. My background as an athlete shaped my belief in resilience, teamwork, and showing up even when things feel hard. I’m committed to creating an inclusive space for all identities, and I support movements that promote equity, mental health awareness, and community connection. I want every client to feel seen, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
