About My Clients
Currently accepting new clients for *March 2023* for online therapy anywhere in California. I specialize in teens and young adults (18-30) that are struggling with a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I am passionate about empowering my clients to address their current struggles or their past trauma to begin to heal themselves through therapy and to acquire the skills necessary to manage their symptoms, thrive and have emotionally healthy lives.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a trauma informed and mindfulness approach.Mindfulness is an approach in therapy that focuses on teaching clients how to increase self awareness, increase self love, learn how to stop overthinking and learn how to be more present in the moment. When we learn to be more in the moment and less in our minds, we are happier, calmer and able to enjoy life more.
