About My Clients
Lilah is skilled in working with teens, young adults, older adults, those in the LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent populations dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. She is passionate about rekindling patient’s relationships with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
Lilah graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology at Wagner College and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at LIU Brooklyn. In her practice she utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered and mindfulness based interventions, play therapy, and art therapy to provide virtual therapy to New York residents. Her approach to therapy is warm, compassionate and hands on, meeting clients where they are and helping them work on the goals that are important to them.
