About My Clients
I work with women who may look capable and put-together on the outside but privately struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, or never feeling “good enough.” Many of my clients feel disconnected from themselves, distrust their bodies, or unsure of what they truly want. I also support new moms who love their children deeply but feel overwhelmed, lonely, or lost in the transition to motherhood. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to be ready to show up for you.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me isn’t about being endlessly analyzed—it’s a space to feel deeply understood while creating meaningful change. Together, we’ll help you quiet self-doubt, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels more authentic, energizing, and your own. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in women’s mental health, including self-esteem, body image, anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and postpartum adjustment. I’m also the founder of theSFmoms, where I lead support groups focused on the emotional and identity shifts that come with motherhood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and active. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, narrative therapy, self-compassion, somatic practices, and creative exercises. We might explore the deeper roots of a pattern, get curious about your inner critic or anxious parts, or develop practical tools you can use right away.
