About My Clients
Have you been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are beneath the roles you’ve carried? Maybe you’ve been the one who holds it all together—the strong one who doesn’t ask for help. Inside, you may feel disconnected from your emotions, your needs, or even your sense of self. You might constantly ask: Am I enough? Am I too much? Am I living for me? I work with first-generation BIPOC, queer, and culturally diverse clients who want to understand themselves more deeply, set boundaries,
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with years of experience supporting adults, especially first-generation BIPOC and queer clients. I recognize that your experiences are shaped by more than the present moment; your history, culture, and identity all matter here. I don’t come in with a checklist of “fixes”; instead, I walk alongside you as you untangle anxious thoughts, understand your emotions, and begin to trust yourself—especially if self-trust is something you weren’t taught. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a culturally attuned, trauma-informed lens so that your healing feels safe, empowering, and deeply personal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m committed to supporting marginalized communities and creating spaces where queer, BIPOC, and culturally diverse clients feel seen. I believe in self-compassion, emotional awareness, and challenging societal pressures. Outside of therapy, I love discovering new cafes, connecting with loved ones, finding ways to destress, and soaking up Los Angeles’ cultural energy.
