My Background and Approach
At LifeSpring, our work is to help YOU move your life in the direction you want it to go. Through the process of counseling, we help people move to a place where they feel hopeful, whole, informed, empowered, confident, assertive, boundaried, and supported. You don’t have to live with hopelessness and unresolved hurts, and you definitely don’t have to do it alone. Counseling can help you find hope, healing, empowerment, support, and confidence. Our Towson office has licensed therapists specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, Brainspotting, and more.
