About My Clients
Perhaps you're carrying anxiety that won't quiet, grief that has changed the shape of your world, relationship patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, or a growing sense that you've lost touch with yourself beneath years of caregiving, achievement, adaptation, or simply getting through. You may not need someone to tell you what's wrong. You may need someone who can help you listen for what's been true all along.
My Background and Approach
I work from an existential-humanistic foundation, which means I see therapy as an opportunity to explore not only symptoms, but meaning. Expressive arts, dreamwork, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation are all woven through my practice. For couples: Relationships are our greatest teachers. Together we'll explore the dynamics that unfold between you, including attachment patterns, communication, conflict, vulnerability, and the protective strategies that may once have served you but now create distance. The goal isn't simply better communication. It's greater authenticity, accountability, and I have particular expertise in the area of grief and loss, supporting family members whose loved ones have dementia, late-diagnosed ADHD, women with ADHD intersecting with perimenopause, and neurodivergent couples who are struggling with communication and intimacy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that: Healing is remembering. Healing unfolds in a spiral. Creativity creates choice. Self-awareness is self-care.
