My Background and Approach
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. You're not a checklist of symptoms. You're a person shaped by relationships, culture, and the stories you've been told about who you should be. My work is influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. That means we will explore the different parts of you, like the anxious part, the exhausted part, and the part that just wants to feel okay. We will examine the patterns showing up in your relationships and gently rewrite the shame-based stories that have kept you stuck. I am warm, curious, and gently direct. I will help you untangle what isn't yours to carry without clinical jargon or blame. You will leave each session feeling more like yourself, less overwhelmed, and equipped with real insights you can use. No mask required. Just you, figuring out what actually works.
