About My Clients
My areas of focus are athletes & former athletes (performance, identity, burnout, transitions), anxiety & depression, trauma & complex trauma, identity exploration & life transitions, BIPOC mental health & racial stress/trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming care (all gender identities & sexual orientations), neurodivergence, chronic pain & mind–body connection, along with self-worth, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I work best with clients are who seeking growth, not just symptom relief.
My Background and Approach
am direct, supportive, and deeply invested in my clients’ growth. I believe therapy should be a safe and brave space — safe enough to feel supported and brave enough to be challenged. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions, while always tailoring therapy to the individual in front of me. My work is grounded in social justice, authenticity, and transformation. I am especially passionate about supporting athletes, BIPOC individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who may feel unseen, misunderstood, or pressured to perform, carry strength, or survive without support. At the same time, my work extends far beyond sport. I help clients unpack trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, chronic pain, substance use, and the long-term impact of living in systems that were not built with them in mind.
