About My Clients
Even when your body is still, your brain won’t stop running and it’s exhausting. What if you could feel comfortable letting your mind wander without worrying about what path it will take you down? That probably sounds scary because you know how many paths your brain can go down, and it goes fast, but it is possible. You have a strong sense of empathy towards others, sometimes so much so that it’s overwhelming, what if you could show yourself that same compassion?
My Background and Approach
You can probably think of 20 minutes worth of things in 2 minutes. It makes you great at critical thinking but sometimes it would be nice if your brain would just be quiet. Together we'll untangle those thoughts so they're less overwhelming. We'll also deepen your understanding of your body's needs and signals through working on interoceptive awareness and exploring your unique sensory needs. My approach is rooted in the belief that we all have unique strengths, struggles, and difference. It's not about changing who you are, it's about figuring out what works for you. Together we can work on helping you find comfort in a world that can be incredibly uncomfortable. It’s worth giving yourself a chance. This might feel scary but what you’re doing isn’t easy.
