About My Clients
I am looking to work with individuals, couples and families as they navigate transitions, relational challenges and opportunities for growth and healing. I am particularly interested in working with those who choose to live counterculturally and in unique relationship structures. Regardless of what you’re navigating, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth and openness. I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
My Background and Approach
My practice is grounded in gentle presence, curiosity, and compassion for each person’s unique experiences. I bring a broad range of life experience to the therapy room and work to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. I am 2SLGBTQIA+ and kink affirming, and I work from a trauma-informed lens. I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies as a powerful part of healing. When people are navigating mental health concerns, systemic barriers can limit healing. I hold this awareness in my work and aim to help clients feel empowered and grounded.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer woman navigating the world, I hold the intersections of identities as instrumental to healing in my work. I believe every behavior or belief was developed in response to your unique experiences and we can explore together whether those beliefs are still serving you. I've personally experienced anxiety, depression and have uprooted my life in order to live in full authenticity. I am a parent and passionate about racial justice, 2SLGBTQIA+ rights and children's liberation. I believe we all belong to each other and I look forward to meeting you and creating a unique relationship.
