About My Clients
You know no one promises life will be easy, but you didn’t expect it to be this hard. You feel stuck in anxious thoughts and feel like all the rules you’ve created have trapped you. You long for freedom, deeper meaning and purpose and are ready to learn how to live life more intentionally. I have a holistic approach which is incredible for helping anxiety and look forward to teaching you tools to recreate your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m aware therapy is a financial and emotional investment. This is why my approach is aimed at getting deeper, faster. Typically, I recommend clients begin working with me weekly for the first 3 months at which point we will decide together if it is appropriate to decrease the frequency of sessions. Most of my clients decrease session frequency around the 2-3 month mark. We'll begin by learning somatic practices to help immediately offer relief from anxiety. From there, we will begin to learn about the patterns that are unique to you and process any trauma in order to help you step into your most peace-filled authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand how important the therapeutic relationship is and that our communication and ability to co-regulate is as impactful for you as is the things we discuss and process. Holistic health and healing are my passions and form the basis of the lens through which I view you. I believe healing is possible for everyone, that it’s never too late to begin this journey, and that you have the tools within yourself to experience your most fulfilling and meaningful life.
