About My Clients
Do you feel like you’re just white-knuckling it through the day? I work with adults navigating life's multiple challenges, whether you are a college student, a new parent, in recovery, or living with neurodivergence and chronic illness. Maybe you're struggling to connect to your true self and others, or your trauma history is getting in the way of feeling safe in your body. You and I will start from square one by building safety together first, before we work on the heavy stuff.
My Background and Approach
I use an approach that focuses on listening to your body's signals and exploring the different parts of your internal world. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I provide a practical, tool-based experience that fits what you actually need in the moment. You can expect a grounded collaboration as we work to reconnect your physical self, your emotions, and your identity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy cannot happen in a vacuum. Systemic stressors, including discrimination, capitalism, and the pressure to produce, profoundly impact our nervous systems. My practice is rooted in a social justice framework; I view you as a whole person surviving a complex world, not a diagnosis to be fixed. As a neurodivergent parent, LGBTQIA+ community member, and second-generation American of Hispanic heritage, my lived experience drives my commitment to providing care that is intersectional, anti-racist, and identity-affirming. I stand firmly with queer and neurodivergent communities, offering a space where your whole identity is celebrated. Outside the office, I focus on sustainability, slow living, and community resilience through gardening, fiber arts, and mutual aid. I bring this same respect for natural pacing and sustainability into our therapeutic relationship.
