About My Clients
I work with adults of all ages who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the everyday weight of a demanding world. Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can't quite name. Some are in the middle of a major change. Others are carrying something quieter, a sense that something is off, even when life looks fine on the outside. What they share is a readiness to look more honestly at themselves.
My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in humanistic and narrative principles. The work here is holistic and integrative, tailored to each person rather than applied from a fixed formula. Together, we look closely at the forces that have shaped you: your relationships, communities, beliefs, and lived experiences. Not to place blame or dwell in the past, but to understand how they live in you today and what might be ready to shift. The focus is on strengthening your relationship with yourself, reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and challenging the narratives that may no longer be serving you. Sessions are calm and unhurried. There's no pressure to perform or arrive with the right words. The pace is yours. Currently working toward full licensure under clinical supervision.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
People are not broken and don't need to be fixed. Healing tends to look less like becoming someone new and more like coming home to who you already are, stripping away the adaptations, noise, and everything you've been carrying that isn't you. Something shifts when we feel truly seen, not evaluated or managed, but genuinely witnessed. That qualtity of presence is what makes the work possible. Growth is rarely linear, and there's no finish line to cross. The goal is simply to move through life with a little more clarity, compassion, and connection to yourself than before. Something in you is ready grow and that's what brought you here. That readiness deserves to be met with care.
