About My Clients

I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, burnout, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival mode. I provide a trauma-responsive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, helping people build insight, emotional safety, healthier coping skills, and more sustainable ways of living and relating.

My Background and Approach

I am a therapist and behavioral health leader with experience across outpatient mental health, crisis response, program development, and trauma-responsive systems of care. My background includes working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. In addition to direct clinical work, I have led behavioral health teams and developed programs focused on improving access, quality of care, and patient experience. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical or performative. I work from a trauma-responsive and person-centered lens while integrating evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I value creating a space where clients can be honest without judgment, explore patterns that may no longer serve them, and build practical tools for lasting change. My work is affirming, inclusive, and focused on helping c

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe mental health care should be accessible, affirming, and grounded in genuine human connection. Therapy is not about “fixing” people, it is about creating space for honesty, insight, healing, and growth. I believe many people carry invisible stress, trauma, grief, and pressure while trying to function through daily life, and they deserve support that is compassionate, practical, and nonjudgmental. I value authenticity in the therapy process and believe clients should never feel like they have to perform, censor themselves, or fit into a clinical box to receive care. I believe healing often begins with feeling emotionally safe enough to be fully seen and understood. I also believe therapy should empower people with tools, self awareness, and confidence that extend beyond the therapy room. My work is rooted in respect for each person’s lived experience, identity, strengths, and capacity for change.
