With a host of training and experience with attachment work in my practice, I'm here to hold time and space with you to explore who you are, who you may like to become and how you can show up in relationships in authentic ways with healthy boundaries no matter the experiences you've moved through before. You, and your child if you're parenting, deserve to see yourselves with unconditional love.

I hold deep passion and expertise supporting parents/families through the perinatal period. There's so much change and information to navigate as you move through these big transition periods, whether it's your first or second+ time, and I believe that we're not built to go through it on our own. I have studied and engaged with Attachment Theory throughout my educational and clinical practice experiences over the last decade. Principles and practices of understanding relational dynamics from our past and in our present are central in how I seek to support clients coming to know themselves better and cultivate healthy relationships in their lives.

After completing a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy training and co-facilitating numerous DBT groups in my previous clinical position, I continue integrating DBT into my practice to support clients' learning and integrating effective skills to help them engage more mindfully in any present moment, regulate through emotions and distressing experiences, and maintain healthy boundaries and respect for oneself and others when interacting/communicating in relationships.

After exploring IFS perspectives and practices for years, I completed the Level 1 Internal Family Systems Institute training in early 2024. I view IFS as a deeply client-centered and trauma-informed approach that allows both clients to compassionately and non-judgmentally explore their inner worlds in ways that help them live with increasing connection with their authentic selves while both honoring and unhooking from past stories/tendencies.
