About My Clients
I love working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem struggles, or life transitions. My ideal clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to express what they’re going through. I create a safe, supportive space where they can feel seen, explore their feelings, and learn tools to cope, grow, and thrive. I also enjoy partnering with parents and caregivers to support lasting change at home.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over two years of experience working with children, teens, and families in both school and private practice settings. My specialties include anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and behavior challenges. I use a blend of play therapy, mindfulness, creative expression, and evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow—whether that means managing big emotions, building confidence, or navigating life’s ups and downs with greater ease.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist and human, I deeply value authenticity, compassion, and social justice. I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for all clients—regardless of age, background, or identity. I’m an advocate for mental health accessibility and believe therapy should be approachable, affirming, and free of judgment. I support the LGBTQ+ community and believe in the importance of trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Outside of the therapy room, I care deeply about supporting youth, empowering families, and spreading mental health awareness in everyday spaces.
