About My Clients
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients through the ups and downs of their teenage years and early adulthood. I work with clients who are navigating some of life’s toughest transitions; figuring out who they are, how they relate to others, and how to manage the pressures of the world around them. My passion lies in helping neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ teens
My Background and Approach
I am credentialed as a Clinical Professional Counselor - Intern in Nevada. I have an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I combine person-centered and trauma-informed approaches to create a therapeutic space that’s flexible, collaborative, and affirming. My job is to walk alongside you as you uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to be processed or healed. I often use DBT, and also incorporate tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, executive functioning support, and identity work
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal as a therapist is to provide services to marginalized communities such as the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I aim to provide an affirming and culturally aware space for individuals to explore and learn more about themselves.
