About My Clients
My clients are young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, body image concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many are outwardly high-functioning but internally exhausted. They come to therapy wanting to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more grounded and supported in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist-in-training providing virtual therapy in New York. I specialize in anxiety, body image and disordered eating, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates attachment-based, psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and mind-body techniques. This means we look at both what you’re feeling and where it comes from, while also developing tools to regulate anxiety, strengthen boundaries, and improve relationships. Clients often leave sessions with both insight and practical ways to create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and accepted as you are. I’m passionate about dismantling diet culture, supporting body acceptance, and helping people reconnect with their bodies with curiosity rather than criticism. I strongly support LGBTQIA+ communities, mental health accessibility, and trauma-informed care. I believe we are all doing the best we can with what we know, and that our coping patterns once served a purpose. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about gently understanding your story and creating space for more compassion, choice, and connection.
