My Background and Approach
I use therapies based on your unique needs and goals, such as EMDR, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, parts work, and other evidence-based therapy practices. I prioritize our relationship, relationality, and non-judgment in the room, situated in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. Having lived in many parts of the United States and around the world, I know that regionality, culture, and community can play a pivotal, complex role in understanding the self.
