My Background and Approach
Lexa takes a holistic trauma-informed approach that is firmly grounded in research-backed methods like mindfulness, CBT, interpersonal neurobiology, self-compassion, and existentialism. In your work together, she will create a space where you can feel seen, heard, supported, and (gently!) challenged.
