She uses a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach to support clients in processing their experiences safely and at their own pace. By integrating somatic work, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies, Lex helps clients move from survival mode toward a greater sense of safety, empowerment, and healing.

Lex supports clients in understanding and working through anxiety by exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the nervous system. She helps clients build awareness of triggers, develop effective coping strategies, and learn how to regulate their bodies in moments of overwhelm. Through a blend of cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and somatic practices, clients gain tools to feel more grounded, present, and in control.

Lex takes a holistic approach that recognizes the deep connection between mind and body. She integrates somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build awareness of their nervous system, regulate emotional responses, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe and grounded way.
