About My Clients
Lex works best with clients who are ready to show up for themselves and engage in meaningful, intentional work. Her clients are often motivated for change, even if they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relational challenges and are seeking deeper healing—not just quick fixes. Lex partners with clients who are willing to be curious, honest, and committed to the process, creating a collaborative space.
My Background and Approach
Lex is a Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate and a Supervisee in Social Work who takes an integrative, trauma-informed, and mind-body approach to therapy. She blends evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and attachment-focused work—to support clients in addressing both the root causes of their struggles and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Her work is grounded in the understanding that healing happens not only through insight, but also through the body and nervous system.
