While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety and panic. Another interest of mine is in helping couples to heal their relationships. Communication is key. Hypnotherapy is another communications tool that I utilize to help create change.

Change requires an awareness of self, followed by a decision and action to do something different. I will help you get "unstuck," find clarity and solutions for creating change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that from a place of acceptance our words can work wonders. I believe in creating connections between individuals, and that those connections are healing. I have devoted the past 37 years of my life, both personally and professionally, towards nurturing connections in my relationships with others.
