At times, we can feel that something is not working as well as it was. It could be a feeling that you are not functioning as you were before, or life became harder or even boring. Anxiety, depression and PTSD can really impact everyday life. Therapy and psychoanalysis is a singular process and I believe that your treatment is unique, that´s why I tailor treatment to the desires and needs of each of my clients
My Background and Approach
I work with clients with anxiety, depression, PTDS and difficulties making important decisions in their lives. I also include the cultural aspect in therapy, as it has an important role in the way people experiences emotions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My main training is in psychoanalytical psychotherapy. This means I take an insight oriented approach, helping clients find their own, singular and unique solutions.
