It can seem like your whole world shifts based on how someone treats you. The worry, the overthinking, the anxiety that seems to appear out of nowhere I get it. These feelings can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through them alone.Through therapy, you can learn coping skills, strengthen your attachment style, and build confidence.
My Background and Approach
I studied Psychology at Boston University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree, and completed my master’s in Clinical Counseling at Boston College. In therapy, I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Just like building a house, therapy requires different tools for different needs. I believe each person is unique, and it’s important to find what works best for you. Together, we’ll explore who you are, what’s been holding you back, and how to move forward. Through therapy, you can learn to manage your worries and fears, gain control over your thoughts, and create lasting change in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have the ability to grow when we’re given the right support and tools. Human beings are much like plants we thrive in the right conditions and at our own pace, through different seasons of life. Having struggled with my own mental health as a teenager, I understand firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone by your side. That experience inspired me to create a safe, supportive space where others can heal and bloom, too.
