About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents who are coping with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also work effectively with individuals experiencing situational stressors such as bereavement, relationship conflicts, or loss.
My Background and Approach
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University and my doctorate in Forensic Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology-Fresno. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate history, I worked with varying populations such as survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I continue to seek training in different therapeutic approaches, such as trauma-focused, in order to enhance the treatment I provide to others. I employ a multi-theoretical approach to treatment, integrating various frameworks to conceptualize the client’s presenting problem and clinical needs.
