About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults (13-60) struggling with anxiety and/or depression and who would like to better understand and manage their emotions, relationships, and patterns.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working at all levels of care and with a wide range of presenting concerns. I have held faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital where I was a staff psychologist for the last 8 years working with adolescents and their parents. I integrate interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based treatments in a flexible way in order to best serve individual needs. I offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment and provide clients with the space to process their difficulties and gain insight, as well as learn strategies to effectively manage and change unhelpful thinking styles, behaviors, patterns, and emotions.
