My Background and Approach
My approach integrates my certifications in the Gottman Method, EMDR, Polyvagal-Informed Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to support deep healing. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered—both within yourself and in your relationships. Together, we’ll work to understand how your nervous system has adapted to past experiences, gently process what’s been held inside for too long, and build skills for emotional regulation, resilience, healthy coping, and more secure connections with others.
