About My Clients
I work with couples, individuals and later aged teens onward. My focus tends to be on helping people who are experiencing discomfort in their lives. These life stressors can make them feel off. They may be acting as if everything is okay on the outside, but on the inside they feel like something is wrong or needs to change. They may have trouble communicating with people, their relationships may be strained and they feel disconnected or their careers may be changing and they need guidance.

On the outside, no one would know...but on the inside there's a part of your life that feels wrong - maybe even downright awful. I can help you cope. Maybe it's time for a change. I provide real and positive counseling, never hesitating to be direct when something is off, and for finding a smile even at the toughest times. Change is invigorating and challenging. Having a resourceful guide through this process is invaluable. I work with individuals, couples and families. Together we set mutual goals to address life issues. I am a results-oriented psychotherapist using brief, family systems, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), solution-focused and CBT approaches towards helping you restructure your thought processes. I aim to help you have a more positive outlook on your situation an help you achieve the life you desire.
