About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and all types of relationship issues (romantic, family, peer, and occupational). I believe that clients are experts in their own lives, and my role as a therapist is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore and meet their goals.
My Background and Approach
The therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist sets the foundation for authentic collaboration that allows for trust and meaningful work together. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, meeting every unique client where they are. This means that we can work together in a more solution-focused way, taking a closer look at your concerns in the here and now or taking a deeper dive at how your concerns are informed by your personal history and family of origin. Either way, we will explore together the gaps between where you are today and where you would like to be so that you can be live a more authentic and satisfying life.
