I help couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and restore emotional safety. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we identify core patterns, unmet needs, and blocks to intimacy. My approach blends clinical tools with somatic awareness and spiritual insight to foster deeper connection, secure attachment, and lasting change in your marriage.

I offer an integrative approach to addiction that goes beyond abstinence or rigid models. My ART Method (Addiction Rhythm Transformation) addresses the relational, nervous system, and spiritual dimensions of addiction. Whether you’re early in recovery, questioning your patterns, or disillusioned with 12-step, we’ll explore healing that honors your whole self.

As an EMDR Certified therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, I integrate somatic and energy-based healing with trauma processing. I guide clients in tuning into the body’s wisdom to release stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and foster deep, embodied healing. My talk, The Art of Healing, reflects my passion for whole-person, integrative care.

I began my career with 3 years in intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, grounded in both clinical work and my personal 12-step journey. Through extensive research and practice, I developed the ART Method (Addiction Rhythm Transformation), integrating trauma, attachment, nervous system healing, and spiritual exploration to support holistic, relational recovery.

I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and continue to receive ongoing supervision while also participating as a facilitator in EFT trainings. This allows me to guide couples and individuals in healing attachment wounds, fostering emotional safety, and building secure, lasting connection.
