About My Clients
Although I see people of all ages, I have a special focus in adolescent mental well-being. I have helped adolescents with juvenile records, those who are adopted or in foster care, and those who are just struggling with everyday concerns. I have also helped adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, PTSD, and family concerns.
My Background and Approach
I am a Board Certified Nationally Certified Counselor. My education and experience is in all aspects of the individual, family, and couple dynamics. I am Anger Management Certified, Trauma Focused Certified, Registered Play Therapist, Prepare and Enrich Certified, and offer DBT services.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member of the American Red Cross Mental Health Disaster Team. I support all walks of life, nationalities, faiths and beliefs.
