About My Clients
Humans are growth-oriented by nature, and self-improvement is possible with a space for growth through thoughtful reflection, encouragement, and absence of judgement. Experiencing adversity while navigating our lives can derail goals, create confusion, plague self-concept, impact relationships, and much more. The clients I work with are naturally curious about themselves and are ready to engage in meaningful work and develop effective tools to manage their mental and emotional health.

My approach is grounded primarily in ACT and strengths-based, compassionate person-centered care through a trauma-informed perspective. Whether you want to work on specific issues or simply desire to proactively maintain your wellness, I'm glad you're here seeking support!
Why I Became a Therapist
I believe it takes a village to be a functional person, so having an opportunity to be part of someone's "village" as they take agency of their mental and emotional health is an honor I never take for granted.
