About My Clients
I work with clients to address any number of concerns, anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction, and trauma history. I focus my practice on an integrative approach to care, tailoring sessions to each client’s concerns and goals. I offer EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.

I am holding space for you. I provide a nonjudgmental, therapeutic space for curious exploration of yourself. I offer therapeutic guidance as you discover and implement your desires, your goals, your healing. Life is full of challenges, and can be overwhelming at times. Therapy does take effort. I am here to walk along side you, to help you meet the overwhelm in your life, navigate a way forward, and help you discover or re-establish purpose and meaning again.
