I specialize in working with women who learned to adapt, achieve, keep the peace, minimize their needs, or become exceptionally self-reliant. Therapy can offer space to explore how these patterns affect relationships, identity, boundaries, and the ability to trust yourself, while developing a more compassionate and connected relationship with yourself.

I specialize in complex, developmental, and relational trauma. Many of my clients understand where their patterns came from but still find themselves overthinking, minimizing their needs, caring for others at their own expense, or repeating painful patterns in relationships. My work integrates IFS, EMDR, NARM, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to support change that goes beyond insight alone.

Early relationships can shape how we experience closeness, conflict, trust, and our own needs long into adulthood. I work with clients who notice patterns such as over-functioning, people-pleasing, self-reliance, difficulty trusting others, or losing touch with themselves in relationships. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity while building greater choice, connection, and self-trust.

IFS helps us approach the different parts of yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. We may explore parts that overthink, achieve, care for others, protect against vulnerability, or carry painful experiences from the past. The goal isn't to get rid of these parts, but to understand what they have been protecting and develop a more compassionate, connected relationship with yourself.

NARM is particularly helpful for exploring complex and developmental trauma. Rather than focusing only on what happened in the past, we pay attention to how early adaptations continue to shape your emotions, relationships, identity, and ability to connect with your own needs in the present. The work supports greater choice, connection, and self-trust.

Trauma and long-standing patterns aren't experienced only through thoughts; they can also show up in the nervous system and body. Somatic therapy brings gentle attention to sensations, emotions, impulses, and patterns of activation or disconnection, helping you develop greater capacity to stay present with your experience without forcing or overwhelming the process.
