About My Clients
I feel honored to work with people who are carrying the weight of past experiences and are ready to begin untangling them with care. I especially enjoy supporting Latinx and other BIPOC clients, bilingual or multilingual folks, and those navigating the complexities of culture, identity, and belonging. My Background and Approach
I’ve been in practice for about a year and am currently in the process of becoming a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC). In my work so far, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and practicing Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma‑focused approaches because I’ve seen how powerful they can be in helping people feel more whole and less burdened by their past. While I’m early in my career, I bring fresh energy, ongoing training, and a deep commitment to creating a space where you feel genuinely cared for. My focus areas include trauma recovery, identity exploration, and supporting Latinx and bilingual clients who want a therapist who understands cultural nuance. Every step of my journey as a therapist is centered on how I can best support you—helping you feel safe, seen, and empowered in your healing process.
