About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, and emotional dysregulation, with a specialty in ADHD and neurodivergence. A lot of the people I work with are high functioning on the outside, but exhausted on the inside. Many have spent years feeling like they’re working twice as hard as everyone else just to keep up. There’s usually a lot more going on beneath that.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy to adults in Illinois. My work draws from ACT, psychodynamic, and somatic practices. Rather than following one fixed model, I tailor therapy to what you are actually working through. Some sessions are more practical and skill focused. Others go deeper into the patterns and experiences that shaped how you move through the world. I pay attention to both what you think and how your nervous system responds to stress and emotion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense in the context of their experiences. Most patterns that feel frustrating or self-critical began as ways of adapting or protecting. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what is broken but understanding what has been learned and deciding what still serves you. I value curiosity over judgment and depth over quick solutions. I believe change happens when insight is paired with practical movement and when people feel respected in the process.
