About My Clients
I have spent the majority of my time serving teens, adolescents and adults who have lived in transitional housing and shelters and have experienced PTSD, sexual abuse and assault with dual diagnosis. I have also worked in-patient and outpatient hospitalization for eating disorders. I have specialized in anorexia, bulimia and binge eating while assisting with nutrition, meal prepping along with self-esteem, body image issues and managing depression and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
My work is also client-centered and humanistic to create acceptance, awareness and self-love. I attended the University of La Verne, receiving my B.S in Psychology and graduated in 2012 following that I attended Mount Saint Mary’s University for my Masters in Psychology for Marriage and Family Therapy. My interests include reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
