About My Clients
You are the ones everyone relies on — capable on the outside but exhausted underneath. You may feel stuck in overwhelm, anxiety, relationship stress, motherhood burnout, or old trauma patterns that keep repeating. You may be navigating identity shifts or life transitions and want more than coping skills- you're ready for real change. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcome clients seeking a supportive, inclusive space.
My Background and Approach
I’m an EMDR-trained therapist who helps clients move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, connected way of living. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative — I’m not a blank slate therapist, and I believe therapy works best when it feels real and human. Together, we’ll explore patterns that leave you feeling stuck, process experiences that still affect you, and build practical ways to respond differently in everyday life. I integrate trauma-informed care, nervous system awareness, and attachment-based work to help you feel safer in your body and clearer in your choices. Clients often come to me when they’re tired of talking about the same problems and want deeper, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and aligned with who you actually are — not just who you’ve had to be to keep everything going.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform, shrink, or pretend you’re okay. Emotional struggles are influenced not only by personal history but also by relationships, social expectations, and the pressure many women feel to carry more than their share. My work is grounded in authenticity, accountability, and self-compassion, and I strive to create an inclusive space where clients feel respected and safe to be fully themselves. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and deeply value social awareness and equity in mental health. I’m especially passionate about helping women reconnect with their voice, challenge patterns rooted in people-pleasing or self-abandonment, and build lives that feel sustainable and honest. I believe healing happens when insight meets action — and when you finally have a space where you don’t have to hold it all together alone. You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support — you just have to be ready for something to feel different.
