About My Clients
I work with adult women who are quietly carrying more than they let on the strong ones, the fixers, the ones everyone leans on. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and the weight of holding it all together. If you're tired of just coping or ready to understand the patterns keeping you stuck this is a space for you. Together, we'll ease what's heavy, untangle old patterns, and help you reconnect with yourself.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist, I bring clinical expertise and a deeply human approach to my work with adult women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helping you understand the patterns shaping your thoughts and behaviors so lasting change becomes possible. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I offer specialized, evidence-based care for women whose anxiety and trauma often hide beneath high-functioning routines. You can expect warm, honest therapy a space to feel safe, supported, and gently guided toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Beyond my role as a therapist, I'm deeply committed to creating spaces where women feel safe to be fully themselves without performance, perfectionism, or apology. I believe healing happens when we slow down, get honest, and allow ourselves to be supported. I'm passionate about advocating for women's mental health, breaking the stigma around therapy, and supporting communities that are too often overlooked or asked to be the "strong ones." My work is informed by an understanding of how culture, family, identity, and lived experience shape who we are and I strive to bring cultural sensitivity, humility, and compassion into every session. Outside the therapy room, I value family, faith, growth, and stillness. I believe in showing up authentically, leading with empathy, and reminding the women I work with that they are worthy of support not because of what they do, but simply because of who they are.
