My Background and Approach
From a young age, I was motivated by a genuine desire to positively influence the lives of others. As I grew older, this led me on my journey toward becoming a therapist. I've had the chance to work in different environments, such as schools, hospitals, clinics and group practices, working with people experiencing different challenges or circumstances. In each place, my goal is the same: To help people achieve their goals on their journey to wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Honesty, open communication, authenticity, and treating others with respect and compassion are some of my core values; I strive to embody these values in my practice and bring them into my interactions with clients. I believe in treating individuals with the same care and consideration that I would expect for myself, fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment.
