Clients come to me searching for a counselor who focuses on the client-therapist relationship, because therapy should be a place where you feel welcomed, supported and understood. Counseling sessions happen in a safe space and involve talking and learning coping strategies. We always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
