I also specialize in working with couples. I can help strengthen your communication skills, work through infidelities as a team, and learn to communicate empathetically. I tackle common communication issues including mutual blaming, unwarranted defensiveness, expecting your partner to be a mind-reader, the need to be right, or simply a lack in communication.

I use CBT to help turn your negative thoughts/self-talk into a positive mindset while the Person-Centered approach allows you to feel more comfortable and open with your true self.
