Families can provide a context of initial understanding and connections. Some of these dynamics may be filled with joy, and other dynamics can be quite painful or confusing. With family conflict, some of the take away points are to establish safety (physical, ideological, and personal), a felt sense of belonging (whether in or out of the family unit), and determining aspects of the family of origin (can parts change, or resistant to change, or unnoticed)? We encourage mindful awareness.

Individuals and families open to exploring spiritual beliefs and calling are welcome to expand their awareness. The process may raise attention to insight and empowering individuals to question their existence, their meaningful drives, and values. Spiritual beliefs may contribute to relationship dynamics, purpose, and creating appropriate limits. We do not endorse spiritual manipulation or religious abuse. Rather, we welcome spiritual perception as we walk with you on your explorative journey.

Grief is a process that may have a starting point with no definitive end in sight. If the change, the loss, or situation occurred and love was involved, that does not mean that the sentiments of love ends. Our clinicians strive to show comfort and compassion as we bear witness to circumstances. Along the way, we may examine thought processes associated with these events, not denying the pain, but notice feelings, heal wounds, address unhelpful assumptions, and live with new affirmations.

Life coaching is a means of allowing individuals to share their experiences while gaining understanding of areas of challenges, It promotes a stance to curiously explore the prospects of change thinking and less defensive learning to promote a growth mindset in the decision making process. Attachment patterns may develop from birth to early childhood. However, ways to connect to people may present itself in the here and now, depending on others' behaviors and personalities. We want to promote ways to consider constructive bonds and relationship building with friends, family members, spirituality, and loved ones.
