About My Clients

My clients are individuals open to facing themselves and creating change in their own lives. I like working with a diverse group of clients, though I mostly work with adults, couples, and teens. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, finding purpose, and emotional regulation. I have experience working with PTSD, MDD, GAD, Schizophrenia, OCD, and social anxiety.

My Background and Approach

My approach to working with individuals and couples is collaborative. I believe the client brings wisdom and insight about their own needs and patterns. I, too, bring a wealth of insight and clinical training that can help clients face these difficult parts of their lives. I believe that this collaboration grows in an authentic and ongoing relationship where agreed-upon treatment goals are achieved and actualized. I appreciate the emergent and organic processes that occur in therapy. I want clients to explore what they feel compelled to share and process. I balance that need with clear and defined treatment goals that build self-efficacy, authenticity, a greater ability to work through distress, stronger relational patterns, and greater dexterity in knowing both the self and important others. I am versed in a lot of therapeutic modalities, including psychoanalysis, existential therapy, ACT, DBT, MBSR, CPT, exposure therapies,

I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
  • Christianity
  • Islam
